5 more...

ok so i'm a little late in posting this time. couldn't find time.
but here's a couple songs.

The Arcade Fire - Black Mirror
(Neon Bible, 2007)
here's a song from the newest album from canadian band The Arcade Fire. very creative band... if you haven't given them a chance, you must.

Bright Eyes - Nothing Gets Crossed Out
(Lifted or the Story Is in the Soil, Keep Your Ear to the Ground, 2002)
most know of Bright Eyes these days. Conor Oberst definitely has a different voice and interesting style but the more you listen the more he grows on you. for those who don't know, before Bright Eyes Conor Oberst and Tim Kasher (frontman from Cursive) played in a band together by the name of Commander Venus.
8 days ago, april 10th, bright eyes released a new album titled Cassadaga. i've only heard two songs from the album so far, but from what i've heard it's great.
The Cure - In Between Days
(The Head on the Door, 1985)
this song's a tad bit older but a good one. i must admit i don't know a lot about The Cure, but i've recently started listening to the, and their definitely worth a listen.

The Good Life - Waiting On Wild Horses
(Novena On A Noctourne, 2000)
speaking of Tim Kasher, this song is from the first album from his side project The Good Life. you don't have to be a fan of Cursive to love The Good Life. Tim's sound in this project is totally different and much more chill. if it wasn't for his distinct voice you wouldn't know it was him.

Great Lake Swimmers - Moving Pictures Silent Films
(Great Lake Swimmers, 2003)
another canadian band, these guys have more of an indie folk rock sound and have been compared to Red House Painters and Iron & Wine.
